EMIS Template

The EMIS templates and searches, developed by CEG, help PCNs achieve their performance targets by recording clinical interventions and monitoring progress. The templates have sections for Substance Misuse information. EMIS searches allow PCNs to track progress used by ICB to monitor outcomes and improve care delivery. Utilizing these tools effectively optimizes performance, improves patient care, and meets targets efficiently.
