Unveiling Enhanced Sexual Health Reporting!

The Tower Hamlets PCN Dashboard Team has just undergone a significant upgrade, introducing new features to our Sexual Health Dashboards. This update is a testament to our commitment to making crucial sexual health data accessible and user-friendly, empowering healthcare colleagues from accros the borough. Let's dive into the details of these enhancements.

1. Visual Reports for Managing STIs :

Navigating sexual health statistics is now more intuitive with our new visual reports. These dynamic visuals break down data on screening, diagnosis, and STI management. Designed with the needs of our diverse network in mind, these reports empower practices to gain insights into the unique trends within our community.

2. Inclusion of LARC Data:

Recognising the importance of a holistic approach to sexual health, we've incorporated Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) data into our dashboards. This addition offers a comprehensive view of contraceptive practices across our network. It serves as a valuable tool for providers, helping them tailor services to meet the unique needs of our collective patient population.

3. Inter-Practice LARC Data:

Collaboration is at the heart of our networks, and our new Inter-practice LARC data feature promotes just that. Practices within our PCNs can now compare and analyse their LARC data with others in the network. This collaborative approach allows for the exchange of best practices and a collective effort to improve sexual health outcomes across practices.

As a collective of practices and Primary Care Networks, Tower Hamlets PCN Dashboard team remains committed to providing accurate, accessible, and collaborative solutions for the ongoing improvement of sexual health outcomes. We encourage all colleagues within our PCN to explore these new features and actively participate in shaping a healthier future for our community. Your dedication to patient care is the driving force behind these enhancements, and together, we can achieve better sexual health outcomes for all!
